A really nice passion fruit taste makes great tea but can be used on yogurts or toast it’s a big jar and will last a long time since you only need about three spoonfuls

Already tried this before as a hot tea. Quite decent and as an advice you do not need much. A little goes a long way. But for those with High blood pressure avoid using it everyday. It is a great substitute from the caffeine which tends to elevate my blood pressure
