I opened the paper bag and found that the box had been opened. I counted 9 pieces and found that the other piece fell into the gap of the paper bag. Was it because of the packaging or transportation? I made a cup of tea and it tasted good.

The pears were wilted and spoiled inside, they covered them up with packaging. I wasn't careful and opened the box to test immediately. After two days, when the return period was over and I finally got to eat them, they had already spoiled for much longer than two days with such damage. Everyone should be careful.
