To be honest, I'm extremely disappointed. Because there was raw water inside, I threw it away and barely managed to eat a little bit, but it tasted awful! I will never buy it again! My family thought it was frozen tofu!

Luckily, it held together just fine after I blotted the surface dry before pan-frying. The texture turned out nicely crisp on the outside, similar to what you get at a dim sum restaurant. However, the flavor wasn’t as rich in daikon as I’d hoped. It’s definitely convenient, but I probably wouldn’t repurchase since the homemade version has much more flavor and freshness.

I haven't eaten it yet; I bought it simply because I trust the brand. If the jerky looks pretty, it might have too much artificial coloring. The whole piece is quite large; I'm bringing it to the office as a snack, so I have to cut it into smaller pieces to maintain appearances. Even after cutting, there's still quite a lot.

I cut them into 1/2 inch thick pieces and pan fried it until golden both sides. Cracked an egg on top with some green onion. Served it with sweet & sour soy sauce. So good!!Better if you have shredded green papaya and daikon (Vietnamese radish & carrot pickle).
