I used half of it to cook two different dishes: hot pot (tender) and stir-fried lamb slices with onions (it's better to sauté the onions first; I sautéed the lamb first and then added the onions, which resulted in the lamb being overcooked and a bit tough). Overall, the lamb was of good quality, and I would buy it again in the future.
