I first hesitated to buy it as it's a bit expensive for instant ramen, but it's absolutely worth the money. I honestly don't remember how it exactly tasted at Ichiran store in Japan, but it just tastes great. it's better than the most ramen restaurants in the US for sure.

Good bowl of ramen, noodles had a good bite to them when cooked for 2 1/2 minutes. I liked the separate chili packet and the broth had a good tonkotsu flavor. I added sliced pork, fish cake, menma, green onions, and a soft boiled egg. I would reorder again.

Repurchased a few times if it’s on sale or I have a coupon as it’s quite expensive but the flavor is good. If you follow the directions using google translate, the noodles turn out al dente which is perfect for us. The only thing is it’s a little too oily for us so I don’t squeeze out all the oil from the bottom of the packet. Each noodle packet is also very little so my kids would ask for seconds even though I add chasiu, corn, and veggies.

The broth is so good! I didn’t think the spice was too spicy (it was more like shichimi). I added Yamato seaweed flakes, menma, chashu (that I got from Nijiya), and a soft-boiled egg. Also added some kimchi (not pictured). Yum!
