Use it to marinate all kinds of kimchi, the taste is stronger than sushi vinegar, it depends on everyone's taste.

Big bottle and good value. It doesn’t really smell like coconut which is what I was imagining, but it’s a good strong vinegar suitable for sour dishes.

I like this spiced vinegar but I think it is a little bit salty for me and needs more vinegar. It is not that spicy which is good. Smell is similar to jufran sweet and sour.
