I just made kakuni(Braised pork), so I bought this. The noodle is thick and chewy, the soup is nice. I also bought benishouga (Red pickled ginger) and green onion, that’s perfect

The noodles were chewy and delicious. They also tasted like Okinawa soba. The bag contains two servings, so if you want to eat one portion, you'll probably have to break the noodles apart with your hands.
Very convenient, one pack is enough for two people. Love the healthiness of soba noodles.
