Such a nostalgic taste!!! So easy and convenient to make! I used two ceramic bowls (520ml and 800ml) for one entire box of almond jelly mix. Left them to cool for about 3 hours on our dining table, then another 3 hours in the fridge to chill. Not too sweet and super smooth. Will stock up more soon!

I bought this since my mom used to make it for me when I was a kid so for nostalgic purposes I went to look for it here and I think this couldโve been what she used..
Instead of using all water, I use fresh coconut water from the coconuts sold on Weee..and I use the coconut meat from 1 or 2 coconuts depending on the size.
Instead of listening to the instructions. I boil the coconut water/water, once it reaches boiling temperature, I add the powder. It takes less than half a min for everything to melt but I cook it for a min just to make sure itโs mixed well.
I pour it into 3 glass containers cuz plastic is unhealthy and itโs boiling hot. So let it cool down and refrigerate at least for a couple of hours so the flavor gets even better.

Makes about 5 cups. Is a bit hard to dissolve in water. Heat slowly and keep stirring until all the lumps are gone
ordered 2 boxes to make a nice summer dessert. mixed with canned fruits like lychee and pineapples. I like to make it with milk instead of water for a more rich taste.
