Shan makes it easy to follow the package too as they give you the recipe on the back to make lamb karahi. Lamb karahi in our house is a favorite with roti, pita bread and even white toasted bread tastes great with it.

This is only partial, there is a small box of chicken in the carton, about five or six pieces of meat, and two slices of naan. The springy chicken sauce tastes good, but I just wish there were more servings. About six knives is still the discounted price...
