This is some really good kimchi. I've had a couple of other brands before, but this one is by far the better one.
It tastes like gochujang kimchi. It's more ripe than I thought, so I think it's better to eat it as a stew. I don't plan on buying it again.

Good vegan non spicy kimchi
I don't know what happened, I love white kimchi, but this one was really bad. Instead of fermenting, it tasted rotten.

This kimchi is very very good. Has perfect salty sour taste, not sweet at all. Plus there are no preservatives, msg, etc. the only problem was the packaging. My bottle came a little sticky like it leaked or something. I had to clean it off but now it’s fine. It would be better if it came clean. I will still give 5 stars tho
