Favourite for kombu dashi
I ordered this because Ottogi sliced kelp wasn't available.
It's fine. The size is just right, and it's good.
It contains plenty of large pieces of kelp. After making broth with the kelp and bonito flakes, I like to make tsukudani (simmered food) with the leftover kelp and bonito flakes.
It's just seaweed, it's alright, you can eat it like any other vegetable.
Kelp! I need somebody!
I really like the seaweed from my hometown; I'll add it to my cart.
It’s hard to order from weee! Because it sells out fast. I finally got some and used it to make vegetarian dashi.

Perhaps because it is a natural kelp, it was narrower and thinner than regular dashi kelp. I ate it wrapped in kelp. Soft kombu rolls are ready.
My favorite conbu.
It was too long, so I cut it up and put it in a ziplock bag.happy!
A little expensive kelp, but good quality and worth buying
