    Less than one week and the mushrooms are already rather large! I unwrapped the plastic right away and covered the outside with a thin damp towel. Thinking about getting a couple more of these logs! The picture are taken in day 3 and day 6.

    Bought for my daughter who loves mushrooms. Looking forward that it will yield enough to be worth the cost

    Forgot about it on the counter for a long time and it sprouted through the bag on its own. After 2 sprouts it is growing funny and because of different rates of growth, the old growth that was cut can start molding. Hoping to see if more growth with more mushroom will happen. We harvested about 600g of mushroom.

    I got the log. This is one week after letting it sit in a shallow bowl of water and covering it with a plastic bag. Make sure the bag doesn't touch the log. I hope it grows well.

    it was cool at the beginning to see the mushrooms grow but it didn't get that big except the 2 you see in the picture.

    Haven’t cooked them yet, but it’s been fun growing them! Pictures are at day 12. I mist them 1-2x/day and cover them in a towel. I should probably move them to some place darker, but wanted to be closer to the sink.
