I hadn't been able to get Norwegian mackerel, but I found this big bag of it on Weee. Although it's from Korea, the reviews were good, so I bought a bag to try. There are six individually vacuum-packed slices inside, which look similar to those from Norway. I'll bake two slices tonight.

Tender meat and great taste are my favorite, but the most important thing is to control the baking time, about 10 minutes is enough.
