Most important things when you want to cook “ bun mam” ( fish soup). You need both for that delicious fish soup, very smelly though if you can’t stand the smell. I can cook two times with two cans like that. My sons love the soup.

I’m craving for daing na galunggong and I can’t find it in any Filipino store. So I did it myself. There’s a lot in one package, so I cut some in half , cooked the half paksiw and fried the other part and eat it with vegetables. Yummy
