The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were springy and chewy. The seasoning oil had a strong porky taste, perfectly capturing the delicious flavor of Kyushu tonkotsu! Add some black fungus and dumplings ordered from Weee, and you're instantly transported back to Kyushu at home!
