I like the variety of flavors. The amount of tofu was great and so was the size of the tofu when rehydrated. The amount of water per soup packet is 6 ounces so if you’re going to have a big mug you’re going to need to use 2 or 3 packets per serving. This one is low sodium and it does feel a little flat to me but that’s part of it being reduced sodium. I found the soup a little gritty too, I prefer smoother sipping but I still enjoyed it very much. If you need to watch sodium this is a good choice would repurchase if on a good sale but prefer one of the other brands

I always keep it in the freezer as it's an essential ingredient in miso soup.

It's a bit too close to the expiration date. If weee could honestly note that the price was reduced because the food was close to expiration, and the freshness and nutrition of this food would not be affected by the expiration date, I would buy it. But after the price reduction, I bought it and looked at the date, and it expired in early July. My god, it really looks bad. The reason I gave it two stars is not because of the food itself, but because I can't understand the price reduction mechanism.
