The amount of water per soup packet is 6 ounces so if you’re going to have a big mug you’re going to need to use 2 or 3 packets per serving. This one is low sodium and it does feel a little flat to me but that’s part of it being reduced sodium. I found the soup a little gritty too, I prefer smoother sipping but I still enjoyed it very much. If you need to watch sodium this is a good choice would repurchase if on a good sale but prefer one of the other brands
