The first time I bought blackstrap molasses, I was not disappointed. It was not very sweet but it tasted good.
This is my first purchase! I tried it with vanilla ice cream and kinako, and it was a little sweeter than the brown sugar syrup I bought in Japan. Now I drink it with milk (or plant-based milk) (^^)
The flavor of brown sugar can be felt in this delicious brown syrup. However, there is no way to store it after opening, so I'm not sure whether to store it at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
