The pig's feet were washed clean, and some of them were hairy. I made braised pig's feet, which were delicious.
This is the first time I bought this pig's trotter. The portion is large and it looks good. I will post photos after it is braised.
The bag is quite big and has a lot of stuff.
The braised pork trotters are bright red in color and full of aroma. The meat is chewy and tender, rich in gelatin and tasty. It melts in your mouth and has a mellow and sweet taste.
