It has a salty-sweet taste with a hint of preserved plum, so it's delicious as a dipping sauce for fruit. I just bought it, and every time my mouth tastes bitter, I dip it in it and eat it, and now there's only a little left!

Yum! Great with tarte fruits. The salt granules are a bit large so I grind it down a bit with a mortal and pestle. Also added more chili powder. I like it spicy. Will purchase again!
