This large pack contains small, cute dried shiitake mushrooms. These beautiful dried shiitake mushrooms are easy to cook with.
I prefer using this dried mushrooms with my dishes, longer shelf life. Just soak in warm water before cooking to plump up and rehydrate. It tastes good too.

The dried shiitake mushrooms do not take long to rehydrate in hot water. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes? They have a strong flavor. I sliced them up and added them to a soup. I like that the stems have been removed.
