The wood ear mushrooms are excellent, clean, and inexpensive; one pack lasts a long time. They thicken nicely after soaking, making them great as a side dish in stir-fries. Adding some to soups also makes them very delicious.
The mushrooms look small, but they expand considerably when soaked.

These rare wood ear mushrooms are delicious!
It's a large bag, so it needs to be soaked for a while. The pieces are rather flat, but they have a very crisp and refreshing texture when you bite into them.
It doesn't have the texture of a typical oyster mushroom that I thought of.
There are lots of large wood ear mushrooms in a big bag.
It arrived in a really big bag! It should last me about three years lol. I think it's a good deal for this amount.

I don’t know how many times I’ve had malatang and xiangguo.First of all, the amount is incredible.. I've bought dozens of other ingredients, but this one is still in place... haha.But you shouldn’t think of Korean wood ear mushrooms. It feels a little more chewy and tough. Personally, I prefer Korean, so -1 point.
