I haven't had instant noodles in over a decade Seeing the reviews were so good, I decided to buy some. I'm a HSP, extremely sensitive to sound, smell, and touch. I've tried a few packets and won't buy them again. The seasoning is overpowering, the noodles are fake, and the bitter taste of unnatural ingredients lingers in your mouth. This is especially true if you're used to homemade noodles—simple noodles with salt, soy sauce, vegetables, eggs, Lao Gan Ma, etc. Young people with fast metabolisms find instant noodles acceptable. Older people, focused on health and wellness, won't enjoy these kinds of noodles.
