Even though they're small, they're still called "croakers," and the price was so cheap that I bought one just to try it out, and it wasn't bad. I braised them with radish and a little spice. The flesh was incredibly tender. The fishy smell wasn't as strong as the larger ones, though. I tried pan-frying them today, and they were so tender they fell apart. Still, because of the reasonable price, they're overall quite good.
