Soak soybeans in advance and pressure cook them together with the pig's trotters in a pressure cooker.

Red bean porridge is sooo good with these beans!
Although it is more expensive, it is definitely worth it. Soak it overnight, add appropriate high-quality water and boil it for two hours the next day. It will be dense, soft and delicate. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar, and it will be healthy for breakfast and afternoon tea
