The packaging is intact and the date is very fresh
It's delicious, but the portion is small. I boiled it for about 5 minutes and it was perfect. It says it serves 5, but it's actually about 3.5 servings.

It is difficult to find 100% buckwheat noodles on the market. It is a bit expensive, but... I boiled them (for 8 minutes) and added them to the leftover sauce from cold buckwheat konjac noodles, and it was good.
