The key is to cut open the thickest part of the chicken drumstick so it absorbs the marinade better! Then add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. You'll have a plate of flavorful chicken drumsticks, perfect for those on a weight-loss diet!
