The Lotte Mirin flavored liquor I always use..
It feels different from real mirin, but it's fine to use and it's cheap.
Many other sakes have a sour scent, but this product does not have that scent, so I personally think that this product has the best scent and taste.
It's great because there's a lot of it and the shelf life is long!
