It’s soft and fluffy just like I remember from my childhood. The flavor is delicate and not too sweet. It’s delicious with a cup of soy milk. Keeps well in refrigerator, just heat for 10 seconds or so to rejuvenate!
This sponge cake was delightfully soft and springy. So fluffy, so tasty. Love the texture and the subtle sweetness. I only wish it was bigger!

First time trying the Kee Wah sponge cake. It was ok but a bit dry. It is mildly sweet and not greasy. For the size I think it’s a bit overpriced at $3 each.
