The picture is the way it looks after being charred. The peas itself were small but tender with a little bit of sweetness just like peas. Some of pode didn’t have any peas though.
It's the first time to eat fresh chickpeas. It tastes good.

Preparing the fresh chickpeas takes some work but it’s worth it. I boiled them, seasoned with a little salt, olive oil, and the dish is pretty refreshing
