Braised pig's trotters. Two very large pieces! The pot almost couldn't hold them. The downside is that some parts of the skin still have hair. You can just scrape it off or throw it away.
Stir-fry sugar color with rock sugar, then cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes, then collect the juice, it tastes delicious

I made pig's feet and it didn't smell and it was good
This is a two-piece. It was meaty, tender, and delicious. I defrosted it in running water for 3-4 hours to remove the blood, so there was no gamey smell and it was good. Most of the fur was trimmed, and the remaining fur was burned with a torch.
