The tongues were pretty clean, 6 in all sizes, and most of the excess meat and fat on the tongue base had been trimmed off, so it was relatively easy to handle! After blanching, scrape off the white membrane and you can cook!

I made pig's feet and ate them, and they were absolutely delicious! There was no smell and there wasn't much hair, so I lightly burned the hair with fire and then removed the remaining hair with a razor. Since there wasn't much hair, it was easy to take care of!
I bought pig's trotters and chicken feet, which were stewed with spicy sauce. They were very delicious. I added some soybeans and the taste was great.
Sometimes you can see a little hair, so I use a razor, and where it doesn't work, I use a knife. One pack is about that much, so I think it'll be enough to feed three adults. I'm going to try Ryu Soo-young's pig's feet recipe. 13.19
