- This pack contains three large pork tongues. I sliced each one from tip to base with a knife and stewed it in a pressure cooker. It's softer than the sliced beef tongue sold by Weee. It doesn't require much preparation, just washing it and trimming off the fat. You could also grill it and eat it. It's a generous 2.5 pounds. The tongues are frozen in bulk in one bag.
