How can you cook Sichuan cuisine without Pixian Doubanjiang? This place has generous portions, reasonable prices, and is not too salty.

Soybean paste is fantastic for making a sauce for hand-pulled noodles. Simply stir-fry minced meat, shiitake mushrooms, and onions for a few moments, then add soybean paste and simmer for a few minutes.
The packaging is very good. I will buy it again next time!
