- There were 11 succulent ribs, not the 12 listed on the box. I used the five less meaty ones to make a yam and corn soup, and grilled the meatier ones. Not bad.
- The meaty black pork spare ribs are stir-fried with the meat removed. The spare ribs are very tender and good for stewing soup.
- Half of it was braised. Steam half the rice. Super good ribs. No fishy smell. I hope weee can continue to strictly control product quality.
