I eat it just as it is. it's Xi muoi but the very fresh version, it's chewy and moist with a seed pit in the middle. it's not dry and salty, is moist chewy and a little mix of sweet and salt, like a plum version of twizzlers. yum.

But I don't know when the manufacturer changed the variety of bayberry, from the original small bayberry with small core and lots of flesh to the current giant bayberry, with super-large core. After eating a bottle, the core alone can fill half a bottle. It's quite disappointing.
