Sometimes I crave jajangmyeon, so I buy it and make it. It doesn't have a special taste, but it tastes a bit like old-fashioned jajangmyeon? Should I say it goes better with kimchi than danmuji? I boil the noodles first, drain the water, and then add the sauce to the same pot and simmer it slightly over low heat before eating. I like to add a little red pepper powder. Those who eat a lot might feel that one serving is too small...? I was fine because I could finish it all before getting full. But the problem is... After eating it, my blood sugar spikes lol. I have to take a nap... Eat it on the weekend...

Hmm... it didn't seem to have too much starch. I thought less starch would make the noodles less sticky, so I cooked it for jjajangmyun, but it turned into rice cake. It ruined my day. I had to throw it away along with my delicious jjajang sauce. No starch makes rice cake, I learned. This is my first review on Weee. I will just buy dried noodles next time. This is the worst rice cake pretending to be noodles.
