I was able to purchase Myojo ramen with a special offer, so I bought them all together. First of all, I enjoyed the chewy texture, which is different from fresh noodles and dried noodles. The thickness of the noodles matches the soup well. The soup is seafood and pork bone, and the flavors of both the seafood and pork bones were well balanced and delicious. I'm looking forward to trying their other soups.

I'm making this again! (^^) I wanted to make a little more soup, so I added chicken stock! I replaced 2/3 of the water with soy milk and added chili oil and white sesame seeds. With each re-order, I've made it even better, and it's now a dandan noodle dish I want to eat again and again! I'll definitely be making it again! (^^)

There are two of them. This type of soup has a larger amount of soup than the average person would normally eat, so I also buy shirataki noodles and make shirataki dandan noodles. I buy minced pork and milk at the local supermarket, add garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and if I have some bean sprouts or bok choy (maybe I should order them), and make authentic dandan noodles. Since American meals are usually high in oil, I feel like my stomach is pretty flat the next day! The recipe is simple: I stir-fry minced pork with salt and sesame oil, then add garlic, ginger, milk, and miso to make the soup. Then I just throw in the boiled noodles, boiled shirataki noodles, and vegetables!
