delicious but a bit spicy for me. need to cook about 12 mins for just the noodle. overall took me almost 30 min to make this. the smell is pretty strong. not everyone can handle the smell.
The smell of snail rice noodles is a bit pungent, but cooking the broth outdoors will make it taste much better, and you won't have to worry about the smell lingering indoors. It tastes quite good.
