Tried this brand for the first time and am very happy with it. Its not greasy. This is flaky layered pastry, sometines called roti canai in South East Asia, similar to feteer in Egypt. Just place the frozen piece on a griddle/non stick pan, no oil needed. Medium heat, few minutes on each side.
