This is the first time I bought this kind of chicken. It was cooked on the same day and put in the freezer. It is not delicious. I will not buy it next time.
Portion size is small and flavor is just okay. Also the chicken did not have much meat. I think the seller freezes this product and ships frozen. The product I received was frozen in the center. Ginger sauce is decent. I like duck from this seller, but the chicken is just okay.
When I first bought it, the chicken was not thawed yet, and it was obviously not cooked that day. It had a strong chicken smell and I couldn't eat it, but I couldn't turn it off, so I just added some soy sauce, ginger, and rock sugar to the pot, and finally the chicken smell was gone, but the chicken was old and tough, and I couldn't eat it in the end, so I threw half of it away. I don't plan to buy it again
The portion is large and the plate looks nice, but the taste... we don’t like the fishy smell, so we only ate one piece and didn’t use our chopsticks again.
