we used the fish sauce to a bunch of our food recipes! this is one of them! ginisang petchay! I love that I don't have to use salt for this one, only fish sauce! it's very concentrated, so be careful not to add too much.
The products are in good condition when I received them except the crispy fry that has leaked. But overall, Thank you for this application where I can have these products that I need.

I was not expecting this fish sauce to be sweet. I can't use this for cooking pinakbet or dinengdeng. There are pineapple bits making it sweet. Good for dipping.
This dipping sauce is quick and easy to make for shrimp and pork belly spring rolls. Even though it's bottled, it retains its delicious flavor; just add sugar and lemon to taste.

Just tried yesterday , I added little bit crushed garlic and hot pepper, dipped with bitter boiled bitter melon. Taste is perfect to me, doesn't smell as strong as other, so won't disgust Americans while you eat it. Thumbs up. Will buy again.

Rich fish sauce. Personally, I think it will be salty if used directly. Add lemon, pineapple and sugar for better taste.
