Best mirin ever
Because I can't do without it when cooking~~~
Compared to Japanese mirin, it's sweeter and feels a bit sticky (like it leaves a residue on the plate), but it doesn't affect the cooking at all, and it's inexpensive, so I'll definitely buy this again in the future!
There is nothing better than Mirin for getting rid of unwanted odors.

Mirin seems like an indispensable ingredient in Korean cuisine! I use mirin with seafood or chicken. 1) You can remove the fishy smell by soaking thawed frozen shrimp in mirin. 2) I recently made crab stew and added a spoonful of mirin to the seasoning sauce. 3) If you soak chicken thighs in mirin after thawing, they grill up nicely golden brown. Please be careful when grilling over high heat, as they may burn if soaked in mirin.
