This ribbonfish is finally in stock! I bought two bags at once!
The ribbonfish was great; the flesh was very firm. I made sweet and sour ribbonfish, and the kids loved it.
The packaging was intact, the size was just right, and it was savory and delicious.
I always make Korean braised fish and it was good serving to meal prep on weekends
This was my first purchase, intended for pan-frying, but it consisted mostly of fish tail pieces with very little meat. I won't buy it again.
I just cooked them today. A lot of center part very clean.
