The taste is very good. The ginger paste is very authentic. The chicken is too fat. They are all American-style chickens. It would be perfect if they could use lean and tough free-range chickens.

As soon as I picked it up, I felt the weight was wrong, it must be more than 370g. I measured it, one box is 1lb 4oz and the other is 1lb 6oz (520g~620g). It can't be so worth it... I opened the lid and saw that it was mixed with juice. The dried meat looks like it should be enough for 370g. It's okay overall, fortunately most of the liquid is water juice instead of oil. The other 350g one has less juice (of course the overall weight is close to 350g). They are all okay, both are quite meaty and have legs.
A box full of it, I think it's over a pound and a half. I ate one piece and it tasted really good! I will definitely buy it again

The best roast duck I’ve ever had! There’s always a lot of meat and with yummy fat and juicy skin. I’ve always gotten my roast duck from Ming Tasty. I get one every week to eat with the family, and it’s so good even reheated, if there’s somehow leftovers.
