I don't know how many times I've made aged soybean paste stew... This is my favorite soybean paste stew. It's simple; just put it in a pot and boil. It's simple and delicious. I tried boiling it with more kimchi and it was even more delicious. I love soybean paste stew!!

Pretty standard young radish kimchi. The taste was quite fermented, so it might not have been the freshest, but it's not intolerable. Can still be eaten by itself as a banchan, or could be added to noodles. Should taste great in the summer time with cold noodles or bibim myun.
