Here's how to make it: Carrots, beef jerky, mayonnaise, and mustard. It's crunchy and delicious, and goes really well with mustard. It's even better because it's only 5 calories.
A nice alternative for regular noodles! Also easy to prep
Texture is fun and chewy, and they’re very low in calories, which is great. But the flavor is pretty plain on their own—you really need to season them well. Rinsing is a must or they have a slight sea smell. Good for cold salads, but not something I’d eat every day.

Good for diet
I made a lot of different cuisines with this seaweed konjac noodle sooo good
I was able to utilize it well this summer, eating it in cold noodles, salads, and kongguksu (buckwheat noodles). It was great because it reduced calories and carbohydrates. However, it has a distinct konjac smell.
First time excited
There are a lot of sheep and the price is good
At 12kcal per 100g, it's great for a diet. If the fermented konjac buckwheat noodles seem a bit small, try adding these blue konjac noodles. Add a little more tsuyu, and if you have seaweed, either crush it and add it, or just cut it up and dip it in. It's also delicious.
It's probably 50% water, but... it's huge..

I bought it because of the good reviews, and it was a good purchase. It's really crispy and delicious even when eaten plain. Some kimbap nori is thick enough to prevent it from bursting when wrapped in kimbap, but it's a bit tough for kids. But this nori isn't tough, and it wraps kimbap well. I love it. Yangban nori is the best! I'll have to buy two sheets this time.

This was my first purchase. I made a refreshing and appetizing home-style dish – cold dried bean curd salad. It was delicious, and I'll buy it again.

I think it would be better if the tofu was broken into very small pieces so it had a wide surface.
