The VEGAN Chicken was so popular, I also bought the VEGAN Beef! I chopped it up into small pieces and used it like ground meat to make mapo tofu. Even my daughters, who don't like meat, were able to eat it.
this was so good and I cut it into pieces that it looked like real meat . but without the animal

It's ready to eat right out of the package. I used it to stir-fry with vegetables, and it tasted great.

I bought this for the first time, thinking even my daughter, who doesn't like meat, would be able to eat it! I marinated it in garlic , ginger , and soy sauce, mixed it with potato starch, and baked it. It was just like deep-fried chicken. My husband even mistook it for meat... I'll definitely be buying it again.
It's firm and chewy, but the taste is just average.
From the pictures, it sometimes looks too small when you hold it in your hand.
