The Xi'an-style cold noodles are rich in savory sauce and have a chewy texture, but the portion is a bit small.
The powder smelled strongly of expired, rancid oil after being soaked. I washed it repeatedly, but the smell was still very strong. It felt very unpleasant, so I didn't dare to eat it and threw away all three packets.

I especially love the aroma of peanut butter and sesame paste, like the flavor of sesame paste. Personally, I think the sesame sauce flavor is the best. It's not spicy. It's rich and creamy.

A-Kuan Sichuan-Style Noodles with Red Oil
This is after using 2/3 of the chili oil given. I love the taste of these noodles! The vinegar adds an extra tang so it’s sour AND spicy. I must say the spice seems to be the numbing kind but it was not super noticeable.
The sour and spicy flavor also has its own unique charm.
Always buy when on sale delicious chewy noodles.
