It has a lot of moisture and shine, and is chewy when freshly cooked. It's delicious whether you eat it the next day or thaw it after freezing it. This time, it's more expensive than what I usually eat, but I'm very satisfied.
After the bad rice I bought at the Asian market the other day (50 pounds!), I'm happy to have this rice. There was no odor and the rice balls were delicious even the next day, and my child started taking them to school again.

It's very soft and chewy when cooked with very little water, and it's delicious.
I’ve been using Tamanishiki rice for years and so happy to find it here on the site at a good price.
It's delicious even if frozen.
I bought it because it was on sale. There was a slip bag attached for some reason, but other than that there was nothing to worry about.
I've tried a lot of things, but Tamanishiki is the most delicious. I mix it with black rice and cook it. Delicious even when frozen!
