I made chive dumplings. The dough felt a little thicker than the kind I used in Japan, but it wasn't too thick and was easy to wrap. The chewy texture wasn't overwhelming (it didn't feel like I was eating just the dough), and they were delicious. There was so much in the package that I made nearly 40 dumplings and still had some left over. Since it's best to consume them quickly after thawing, I plan to make something else with them.
These are just regular dumpling wrappers.
